re: #70 makeitstop

I only got to see them once, at the old DC Capitol Center when they opened for Elvis Costello (jaysus what a show). Have always been a fan of Edmunds and Lowe and the collaboration they put together for the Rockpile albums (even though they were mostly made under one of the leads or the other due to the record company constraints), still hard to find two better pieces of listening vinyl than Edmunds’ Repeat When Necessary and Lowe’s Labour of Lust. Then again, I am fully cognizant of all internet traditions and understand that what I like is not what everyone else might like :-)
