I am fairly confident this behavior will shake out…as for this particular situation the Israelis should document it as best they can and put the whole thing on hold while everybody looks at what Hamas has done

I can see everyone learning about it once Hamas is deposed and it is safe to reveal. Then the Sunday talk shows will feature a 3 minute “introspection segment” where journalists ask if they had done something wrong. They will then pronounce themselves to have a clean bill of health.
