I see one problem there. It is incredibly easy to spoof (and change) MAC addresses.

The issuance of a Cert to a Machine in active directory is seriously a High security transaction.. and with out a 128 bit PVK key you can’t beat the encryption..You’d have a better chance hacking a bank machine..
