Despite being more or less a liberal I don’t believe we’ve fought any wars for oil. I think we’ve fought some wars in oil-rich areas for other reasons and oil companies made deals with the defense department to make sure they could make every penny off it they could. I don’t think our foreign policy is that crass.

I support government programs to help the poor and their expansion. This includes but is not limited to single payer health care, welfare, school free lunch programs, financial aide for college, early childhood education, family planning initiatives, and job training programs.

The women are barefoot, pregnant, and in the kitchen.
