From what I can tell, the fire is at 9420 Research Boulevard, but the IRS offices are not there - they’re at 825 East Rundberg Lane. So, if this was a case of a pilot trying to go after the IRS, they got the wrong building.

However, the FBI website does indicate that they have offices in the building (though I’ve seen that disputed elsewhere - they’re apparently in an adjacent building, which leads me to think that the address isn’t 9420 Research Blvd)
