Do you really think that dropping your tourist dollars there will come to a good end? Where do you imagine that your dollars will go? If you think that Communism is not a threat than you will certainly enjoy your celebrity cruise with Michael Moore. And bon voyage!

Actually, a strong case can be made that opening Cuba to American investment would sweep away the Castro regime and communism in general faster than any other solution. Capitalism is funny that way - it’s extremely contagious. Restore a couple of the pre-revolution oceanfront hotels and casinos, and the Cuban Navy would have to work overtime turning the traffic from Miami away.
