I watched that clip, and no, I don’t like that statement, but she looked to me like she was sort of stumbling around with an answer to something.

Now, should someone nominated for Supreme Court of the US be making those kinds of statements, or those kinds of mistakes if it was one?

No, not in my mind.

I honestly just don’t know enough about her right now.
