Well, we need to do something to try and balance things out. Even this gesture isn’t nearly enough. I mean, sure, women and minorities might find it easier to get a scholarship to university, but once we get out we get to be paid less money than the poor white guys in the same jobs.

Sadly, it’s very true. Not to mention the fact that discriminatory hiring practices are impossible to prove, thus companies can get away with it a lot of the time.
