Not yet. He gave a depo at the appointed time, but invoked California’s shield law and refused to provide the documentation that was subpoenaed. A hearing on his refusal is Dec. 23, and NAF has until the 30th of this month to respond to his motion to quash the subpoena.

Meanwhile, the judge is putting the screws on David Daleiden and his cohorts to share names (attorney’s eyes only) of his contractors who had access to privileged NAF data. That was ordered on Friday, and DD has 14 days to respond.
