We learn that Bakuto, Colleen’s sensei, is part of The Hand. Colleen believes Mme Gao is a “bad Hand” while Bakuto is the “good Hand.” Poor, dumb Colleen. Meanwhile, his buddy Davos comes to save him, but mostly he wants to drag Danny back to Qun Lun (I do wish they could do a better job of pronouncing it more authentically Chinese than “koon lun”) to guard the gate like Heimdall on Bifrost, or something. I don’t blame Danny for wanting to stay in New York. The episode ends with Danny bleeding all over the sidewalk, while Davos looks intently at a shipping warehouse. Nice friend, Davos.

Oh, there were some fights, but none were as intense as those in Daredevil.
