Depends on how big a threat a Fascist US is to them. As for the boomers, there are other nuke & diesel attack boats in the world.

Sure there are other nations with boomers and such. Flinging nukes back and forth isn’t going to do much other than bring the religious wingnuts’ dreams of Armageddon. (That and we have far more nukes than Britain and France.)

There are no real good answers here; the USA is going to have to pull its own chitlins out of the fire. As for Europe, they would be better off simply cutting relations and trade.
