And I love pomegranates. Strew them on basically everything. Iām still messing with Central Asian food mostly (on the nights I donāt have eggs and toastā¦which is quite a few recently) so Iām cooking with way more of themāand with pomegranate molasses, which is great ingredient. In Pakistan one of the street foods is thin kebabs (the ground meat kind, not the marinated chunks kind) studded with them.
