And I love pomegranates. Strew them on basically everything. I’m still messing with Central Asian food mostly (on the nights I don’t have eggs and toast…which is quite a few recently) so I’m cooking with way more of them—and with pomegranate molasses, which is great ingredient. In Pakistan one of the street foods is thin kebabs (the ground meat kind, not the marinated chunks kind) studded with them.
