Out of all the big game I’ve hunted or helped hunt (I didn’t shoot the bear) the bear was the most delicious. The back strap meat was among the best steaks I’ve ever had. Elk is really good too, I like elk ground beef. Deer is okay, a little gamey for my taste. Never had moose.
