Why should anyone believe that committed jihadis who try to injure their detainers while in Guantanamo and who desire to impose a global caliphate will change their mujaheddin mindset when run through a ‘rehab’ program run by, of all people, the Saudis, who rule a monarchial theocratic state in complete compliance with sharia law?
