Dovetailing on this. It’s pretty simple to me. If she was white she wouldn’t have been tazed. If she was white the court would have ruled in her favor.

I’ll give you partial credit on this one. I think you’re right about her not being tased if she were white, probably, but I don’t think the court took her race into consideration. They do what they do because they’re part of the system. If the state/police say they need to be able to tase people at random they’re probably going to go along with it.
