The most popular shows on TV remain crimes dramas. For some people, every night is murder night. Then they’re obsessed with court room dramas. For non-fiction they’re watching 20/20 or Dateline which is always paved with stories from the world of homicides. The bulk of civilization was built upon violence including the French and American revolutions. The US Civil war. In fact the ability to be violent in the human species is one of the reasons we survived… aaand, I’m rambling.
