If you had the time and money to hire a good zoning attorney and then fight the District government in the courts to get all the permits, you could probably make a bundle of money; plus it would really irritate the moonbats.
After DC lost the court battles to stop the first gun store, the second application would go through at much less cost.
And think of the sales tax revenue!
