It’s called “presenting.” Parrot’s, or the opposite sex of it’s owner, will “bond” in sort of a loving way. Well, all parrots bond with owners, but if you are of a different sex, the bond is a little more “personal.”

So, Maisey the Parrot is a female, I’m a mail, and Maisey will, at times, bend over on her perch and “present” her backside to me.
