In addition to being just a general waste of space, Dr. Jill Stein, IMO, is also wrong about the prospects for war with Iran for a number of reasons:
1. Michael Flynn wasn’t the only Iran hawk in the new Administration.
2. Said other “hawks” are still there.
3. There is no sign at all that the Trump Administration is going to shift
its policy of making Iran the Designated Evil Enemy for all foreign- policy purposes.
4. Jill Stein is still Jill Stein, and so generally wrong about most everything.

My own theory is that Trump and his creatures are probably planning some sort of military “action” against Iran pretty much solely to try to get the population to “rally ‘round the Flag” - a la GW Bush in 2003; i.e. a source of campaign commercials, an opportunity to bash opponents as lily-livered disloyal peaceniks, and/or an excuse for some sort of domestic crackdown on protests/opposition/awkward questions about corruption. I realize that this stuff sounds like wild-ass conspiracy-theory nonsense, but after just three weeks of Idiot Trump’s maladministration circus, I’m not so sure anymore.

PS: and I fervently hope to be proved wrong….
