The second Roe v. Wade is overturned, then the persecution and execution of Catholics and non-Dominionists can begin.

Catholics are stridently pro-life so they will not be persecuted by Dominionists. I could see the more Rightwing Catholics teaming up with the Dominionists in any future American Theocracy though.
