This person appears to be in the Mensch gang. Blech!
Would love some input from legal lizards about this *if* they are indeed all repped by the same lawyer.

I usually check out Renato Mariotti’s twitter feed for legal thoughts.

iirc, he had an interesting thread on Sept 10 that talked about McGahn and Priebus hiring the same attorney.

His conclusions were:

- “having one attorney for multiple individuals is often in the interest of those individuals in a criminal investigation.”
- As long as there wasn’t a conflict of interest.
- “What this tells me is that McGahn and Priebus do not intend to be at odds with each other or a witness against the other.”
- “It also suggests that their lawyer thinks both men will be witnesses, not defendants.”

As IANAL, I certainly do not know. And Mensch folks seem to thrive on all sorts of conspiracy theories and rumors.
