Well, you’re left with 46 D and 2 I senators. Angus King and Bernie Sanders aren’t going to vote for him. That would leave flipping Murkowski and Collins. The fact that every R in the Senate is caterwauling about money being raised to finance opponents to them says quite a bit (they’re hypocrites, but they’re also not sure if those two will actually hold the GOP line).
Upthread I noted a ruling from Kavanaugh against disabled women, essentially affirming eugenics as a position.
if collins and murkowski flip, that would leave it at 50-50 and Pence would cast the tie-breaker.
