He’s destroyed most of the mythos of the office being a respected one… and any illusions of conservatism being a movement that should be taken seriously.

And judging by how people are embracing the move of the Overton Window, the mythos of tax cuts generating growth got annhilated by his tax cuts on his own family.

It’s by his own incompetence that he’s sabotaging everything his supporters profess to believe… assuming they didn’t give up said beliefs so as to become a loyal supporter of him.

Like somebody said, Howard Schultz is the perfect controlled experiment—tax cuts for billionaires minus the hatred, bigotry, misogyny, and Medieval social policies. 4% approval. That’s the vote the GOP would be pulling without their troglodyte base, which gives them a solid floor of 45%. Everybody else is waking up now, though, and if we can just get them to the fucking polls, it’s all over for the GOP. Maybe all the people who say their votes make no difference will change their minds if they see their votes make a difference a couple of times….
