Oh, sure. I can easily see a scenario where he walks out to the podium, gasping for breath and sweating, and insisting he was invulnerable to the virus.

The thing is if he actually goes down, the fucking chaos in the White House will be insane. Do you think for one moment, the Children of the Corn (particularly Ivanka) or his minions are going to let Pence take over?
