I’m thinking that Baldwin will likely be charged with involuntary manslaughter, which is basically the same thing that I would be charged with if I backed into and killed a child in front of my townhouse.

Wouldn’t that depend on whether he had any reason to suspect that firing the weapon could be harmful to another?
