I doubt you understood the Hebrew, but Assoud says that they will return to Jaffa, Acre, Tel Aviv and Haifa, all of which are - you guessed it - within pre-1967 Israel.

Especially Tel Aviv, which was established in 1909 on an empty sand dune.
