I continue to be amazed how easily conservatives can start a scandal out of wholecloth just by a little bit of repetition. I mean, we know how easily they can perpetuate something by just pure ad nauseam repetition, but the ability to start one out of sheer bullshit with such limited effort is goddamn amazing. Not to mention a sheer indictment of the laziness of the media.
