At this point, madness lies in all directions. CNN clearly intended to give their hero a bump. Time to make it known we’re onto their tricks.

I’m loath to ascribe malice. I’m just curious what their LV screen is, and why this sample looks so different from the 2 previous months in party affiliation. It LOOKS LIKE their sample skewed far more Republican than previous months, and the LV screen took voters from Clinton almost exclusively, according to what I’ve read.

Another poll came out to day with Clinton +6 among RV, so there’s also that datapoint.

Overall, it would not be surprising to find the race narrowing considering just how hard the media have been working to find any signs of a pivot from Trump, and how much has been made of nothing on the Clinton Foundation side, with the NYT’s “This raises new questions” from Eric Lichtblau being especially execrable.
