I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that they were bitterly disappointed that President Obama wasn’t as leftist or progressive as they wanted or expected him to be. I wouldn’t claim that they want Trump to win because many of them loathe Trump and what he stands for. I loved President Obama and he accomplished more than I expected given what he was up against once Congress flipped Republican.
