There is no evidence I am aware of that huge numbers of workers are choosing to be unemployed so as not to get vaccinated. Its a rightwing fantasy; mandates work to get lots of reluctant people vaccinated.

All the information we have points to the number of actual holdouts being a very miniscule percentage of the working force.
