I have to say that while the Guantanamo Bay detention facility is open, it’s brought an unprecedented amount of attention to the issue of human rights in Cuba.

Unfortunately that attention seems to be focused on the US Naval facility on the southeastern tip of the island. Apparently Cuban political prisoners being held by the Castro regime can just keep rotting as far as the international groups are concerned.
