Yep, which the Tea Party has been screaming up and down they don’t want to see go up. We’re gonna either see several shutdowns between now and next year or a lot of 11th hour agreements to avoid them.

Thing is, I don’t think Obama has it in him to play political brinkmanship like Clinton did with the GOP. He’s already bent over on tax cuts, what else will he give in to just to avoid looking bad?
