Suing Rush would be an exercise in futility. He’d play the same game Breitbart was in the Sherrod case, filing motion after motion to drag things out, with the intention of sucking all the fight out of Fluke’s case, then being “kind” enough to negotiate a settlement with her that covered her legal fees and perhaps a little left to buy a nice dress.
