You can live in Aurora (area) without a car. Lot’s of people do. The buses and cabs are reliable and there are lots of bikes around.

I might do that if I got a chance to transfer. For now, my current location suits me well. Even using the bus, my commute is only about 30 minutes and that includes 13 minutes walking.
