GOP doesn’t want to. Trump doesn’t want to. And they’re the ones holding the cards.

They’re more interested in giving the appearance that everything is okay, and the news has already drifted out of the media focus (which is absolutely unconscionable).

It takes no effort to have a bug on the national news websites indicating power/water restoration levels in PR. You could create a 150x150 bug that updates regularly and sits prominently on the page showing exactly how Trump is failing.

They did that kind of thing during the campaign when talking about Clinton not doing press conferences and other such bullshit.

This is far more critical and yet there’s nothing but crickets.
