Gallup has polling, including that during Nixon’s 2d term, his polling cratered to an average of 34%. He had been at 55% during the first term.

Nixon was at 67% in January 1973. He ended at 24% in July and August 1974.

Trump’s already at the Nixonian 2d term average, and Mueller’s still just warming up (after going 3 indictments, 1 guilty plea - among Trump campaign managers and key foreign policy adviser).
