The gun nuts aren’t stockpiling arms vs. the US government. They are stockpiling arms for the Zombie Apocalypse, when endless teeming hordes of savage Hottentots will burst forth from the cities and need to be mowed down en masse by heavily armed crackers to ‘defend Western civilization’.
