Currently there are no vacancies for judges in Kentucky, apparently this alleged “deal” between Biden and McConnell is a contingency plan.

If so, we can hope that a vacancy does NOT occur until we get more Democratic senators. But better be working our asses off to get those senators elected.

So pre-panic stuff?
