I don’t believe Bush can be blamed for ‘not trying’.

It isnt as if our own intel agencies have a stellar track record of getting things right early on.

Without question Bush should be given credit for enabling, expanding and maintaining the counter terrorism effort that played key roles in the ultimate elimination of Osama bin Laden.

As should Clinton, who started such efforts.

No question who made OBL a priority and got him, though - that was Obama.
