Yes and no…Yes, this will help taint the jury pool a little, but you have only to look at how many Americans can’t name the current Vice President to be reassured that there will be no problem finding a dozen people who haven’t been paying attention to this story, and will likely pay even less attention at trial (He had Skittles and he was black!?!).
