“Crazy” animals are enraged or possibly rabid. A racoon in daylight with a “drunken” gait is to be avoided.

And if you see a squirrel dragging his cojones across some tree limbs, take a thought as to his mood.

Live in Austin, part of Texas by law, if not culturally, and those squirrels are just plain psycho!
