15-20000 accounts at MSFT? Out of how many millions of user accounts set up? Same with Google or FB or Twitter or other social network sites. We’re talking about companies with hundreds of millions of users and accounts.

How many of the people they requested information on own more than one of the accounts that were accessed, do you think?

Anyone halfway computer literate probably has multiple email accounts: public vs. private correspondence; personal vs. business use; an inbox for their blog, etc.
