I’ve reached the point where I just can’t take it any more. For my own mental health I am off any social media and ignoring his tweets. My husband teaches political science and he’s totally plugged in, as are my teenagers. They inform me if there’s anything I need to be aware of. Through their filter, which is much more entertaining.

I’m working on rediscovering the Romantic era poets and writing a book. Or I will spend my days getting triggered by a malignant narcissist, something I learned to stop doing when I was 18.
