I just can’t fathom McNaughton’s “style.” He puts so many figures in one setting that there’s no focus to his paintings. Like he thinks while he paints, “Oh, yeah, I should put V.I. Lenin in here! Because reasons.”

The dude in the business suit looks like he’s trying to sell JC life insurance.
