1,000 votes destroyed and who knows how many votes altered or totally fabricated. At this point, suggesting rerunning the election would be like giving the NC GOP a mulligan and saying “This time, don’t let us catch you.”

But other than rerunning the election, what options are there? You could disqualify the Republican because of his knowing participation in this criminal scheme but then do you just automatically seat the Democrat? This is likely to cause equal controversy. Or do you replace the Republican candidate with the man who should have won the primary but for the illegal actions on behalf of Harris?
