That is an easy question to answer, he is one of them. They are all racist criminals at heart.

Just to be clear, the guy who defeated him, Jerry Sheridan, is just as slimy as Arpaio. He was one of Arpaio’s lieutenants for decades. And he’s as racist as Arpaio.
