IMHO there is only one hope for its survival, and its a slim one. That is if Roberts can get Barrett to go along with his new standard of “Women have the right to get an abortion for the amount of time I think it should take her to decide if she wants one or not.” Apparently about 15 weeks. Other than that, Roe is toast.

I’d change that slim to none. IIRC Barrett is a true believing anti-abortion freak who lied like a rug in her confirmation hearings on this subject.

Why would someone like her volunteer to spend the rest of her life dodging right wing assassins for the Great Betrayal of not overturning Roe?
