This is what I don’t get about the GOP. Arguing about the many ways to attain universal coverage is one thing, but to argue against it at all is insane. What is the problem that conservatives have with universal health coverage? I don’t understand it on moral or economic grounds. And Republicans are the only conservatives in the advanced modern world that are against it. Other conservative parties know it’s the right thing to do both morally and economically so what the hell is wrong with our conservatives?
