I don’t get that. How little should teachers make? I mean I am told all my life being a teacher is a very important job - maybe the most important job there is because they educate the new generation and we act like they should make shit wages.

Being a teacher is a hard job, mentally, emotionally, and physically. It’s important to the future. I know there is a give and take between employer and employee about wages - but I won’t demonize teachers or any workers for trying to get better benefits.
