Here we see the growing chasm between the crazed right-wing servant of the people and the crazed right-wing tear-down-government mole.

It’s less fun than I expected, in that it requires the existence and prevalence of the latter.

The GOP civil war (sorry overused phrase) split, or as I think of it- partitioning is as necessary as it is ugly. Maybe the GOP disappears over time, maybe it just segments along regional lines. I’m no good at forecasting, but what else would the decline and fall of a party look like if not a lot like this? The next year is going to be interesting. Too interesting.
